Privacy Policy

Molfar System does not collect your personal data, store it on servers or share it with third parties. The app runs locally on your device and has no server, accounts or registration of its own.

What data is processed and where it is stored

All data you create in the app is stored exclusively on your device, in the app's internal storage. Other apps, the gallery or a computer connected via USB cannot see it, and it is not included in Android backups:

• files and documents in the app's storage, editor drafts;
• conversations with Gaiduk and experts, meetings, conferences and their documents;
• roles, prompts and skills;
• AI provider API keys — encrypted with a key from Android Keystore;
• statistics of model requests: time, provider, model, token count, duration and result (success or reason for failure) — without the text of questions and answers, keys or file names;
• settings (language, theme, selected models).

We have no access to this data. The app contains no ads, trackers, analytics or telemetry; request statistics are not sent anywhere.

Where requests are sent

When you send a question, the data needed for the answer is sent over HTTPS directly to the AI provider whose model you selected: the question text, the latest messages of the conversation, the role instructions (or Gaiduk's, together with fragments of the app's help), and the documents and photos you added to the context (photos only to models that work with images). If you turn on web search, the provider performs it on its own side.

If you give a chat access to a storage folder, every request of that conversation also sends the provider the folder's file list (names, sizes, dates) and the text of its documents. Access is granted separately for each conversation and only to the folder you chose; the model can only propose changes to files — a change is applied after you confirm it, and the model cannot delete files.

Processing of your requests by these services is governed by their privacy policies. You create accounts with these services and obtain API keys yourself; Molfar System only stores the keys on the device and uses them for your requests.

Sending your request text to the provider you selected is the execution of your command, not data collection by the project: Molfar System does not receive, store outside your device or see your requests or the responses.

API keys

Keys are stored on the device in encrypted form (the encryption key is held in Android Keystore), and each is sent only to its own provider at the time of a request. Do not hand a device with saved keys to third parties. You can delete the keys at any time in "AI Settings" or by uninstalling the app.

The project has no access to your keys and cannot restore them; you are responsible for keeping them safe and for the consequences of their compromise.

Google Play

The app is installed from Google Play. The app rating window is shown by Google Play (In-App Review API) — the rating and review are processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy. We see only public reviews on Google Play.

Reporting an answer

The "Report an answer" command opens your email app with a message to molfar@nova-hata.com and technical details (app version, model, role or meeting participants, date). The text of the answer is not added to the message automatically. You send the message yourself; we use it only to reply to you and to improve the app.

Files the app creates

Exports of chats, meetings and statistics are saved in the "Exports" folder inside the app's storage. A file leaves the app only through your explicit action: "Save as", "Open with" or "Share".

"Data archive" in "Settings" collects your data (storage files, conversations, meetings, roles, statistics and settings) into a single .zip file. The archive is created only on your command and saved wherever you choose via "Save as"; it is not sent anywhere. API keys are not included in the archive. Data can be restored from the archive only in the Molfar System app.

Data deletion

Deleting a conversation or project in the app deletes its history and documents. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data, including keys and statistics. Files you have saved outside the app remain until you delete them yourself. "Data management" in "Settings" lets you selectively delete conversations, projects, storage files, exports and drafts.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data, children's data included.

Website

The molfar.nova-hata.com website uses Google Analytics (Google) for visit statistics; this data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The app does not use Google Analytics.

Changes to this policy

The current version of this policy is always available at https://molfar.nova-hata.com/privacy. We will announce material changes on the website.
