Privacy Policy

Molfar System does not collect, store on servers, or share your personal data with third parties. The app runs entirely locally on your device and has no server of its own.

What data is processed and where it is stored

Everything you create in the app is stored exclusively on your device, in the app's protected folder:

• projects, meetings and chat histories;
• roles, prompts and skills;
• documents you attach;
• AI provider API keys;
• settings (language, theme, selected models).

We have no access to this data. The app contains no analytics, trackers, ads or telemetry.

Where requests are sent

When you ask a question, the request text (together with the role's system prompt and, at your choice, the content of attached documents) is sent directly to the AI provider whose model you selected:

• Google (Gemini API) — https://policies.google.com/privacy

• OpenRouter — https://openrouter.ai/privacy

Processing of your requests by these services is governed by their privacy policies. You create accounts with these services and obtain API keys yourself; Molfar System only stores the keys locally and uses them for your requests.

Sending your request text to the provider you selected is the execution of your command, not data collection by the project: Molfar System does not receive, store or see your requests or the responses.

API keys

Keys are stored locally on the device in the app folder and are sent only to the respective providers at request time. Do not hand a device with saved keys to third parties. You can delete the keys at any time in "AI Settings" or by uninstalling the app.

The project has no access to your keys and cannot restore them; you are responsible for keeping them safe and for the consequences of their compromise.

Files the app creates

Chat exports and meeting protocols are saved to the public Download folder on your device only on your explicit command. These files are entirely under your control.

Data deletion

Deleting a project in the app deletes all of its data (chats, documents, memory). Uninstalling the app deletes all local data, including keys. Exported files in Download remain until you delete them yourself.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data, children's data included.

Changes to this policy

The current version of this policy is always available at https://molfar.nova-hata.com/privacy. We will announce material changes on the website.
